Speaking at a crucial party meeting held at the Circuit House in Moradabad during his tour to strategize for the upcoming Teacher MLC elections, SP Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council, Lal Bihari Yadav, launched a scathing attack on the state's reliance on outsourcing jobs. Yadav alleged that by systematically channeling public sector recruitment through outsourcing agencies, the government is deliberately depriving Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) of their constitutionally mandated reservation benefits, demanding that the state prioritize regular, permanent employment for the youth.

Elaborating on his critique of the outsourcing framework, the senior SP leader pointed out that numerous Class III and IV positions across various departments are currently filled through third-party contractors rather than regular recruitment channels. He highlighted the plight of affected workers, claiming that several outsourced employees have been forced to work for four to five months consecutively without receiving their entitled salaries. Yadav emphasized that the shift away from regular jobs undermines job security and social justice, asserting that the PDA (Pichhda, Dalit, Alpsankhyak) community is fully mobilized and prepared to bring SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav to power as Chief Minister in the upcoming 2027 assembly elections.

Commenting on the Bahujan Samaj Party's (BSP) independent stance of contesting future elections alone, Yadav stated that Mayawati holds the prerogative to steer her party as she sees fit without drawing commentary from the opposition.
