The statewide campaign will officially open on September 17, coinciding with the Prime Minister's birthday and observed broadly as "Seva Diwas." Across all village panchayats, municipal bodies, and key landmarks, citizens and party functionaries will illuminate "Ashirwad Ka Diya" (Blessing Lamps) praying for the leader's health and longevity, alongside blood donation drives and hospital fruit distribution organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. Symbolizing the Prime Minister's spiritual and personal roots, ten dedicated yatras will traverse between his birthplace in Vadnagar, Gujarat, and his parliamentary constituency of Kashi (Varanasi). Traveling teams will ferry water from Vadnagar to Kashi while carrying sacred water collected from ten holy rivers across Uttar Pradesh to Gujarat, hosting daily village chaupals and civic dialogues at four major stops before culminating on October 7.
'Seva Setu' Saturation Camps Across 826 Blocks and 762 Municipal Bodies
To ensure zero-exclusion delivery of social security nets, the state administration will stage dedicated six-to-seven-day "Seva Setu" outreach camps between September 29 and October 10. Operating across two targeted phases, these specialized administrative camps will cover all 826 development blocks and 762 urban local bodies throughout Uttar Pradesh. The camps are specifically engineered to identify left-out, eligible beneficiaries, with district authorities mandated to verify documents and hand over welfare entitlement cards and benefit sanctions within two to three days of on-site registration. Parallel youth activities will feature painting competitions for grades 5 to 8, essay contests for grades 9 to 12, and collegiate debates centered on "Self-Reliant and Developed Uttar Pradesh for a Developed India," with CM Yogi personally conferring state-level honors on October 7.
