Salman and other family members visited him at the hospital. Meanwhile, Salman's ex-girlfriend Somy Ali wrote an emotional message for Salim Khan, wishing him a speedy recovery.
They used to eat together
The former actress wrote, “My heart sank upon hearing the news of Salim Khan's hospitalization. To the world, he was a great writer who helped nurture stars like Amitabh Bachchan and co-wrote masterpieces like 'Sholay' with Javed ji. To me, he was like a father. Living in his home, I was loved like a daughter, sat with him for meals, and included in deep discussions on faith, where all religions were respected and celebrated.”
She further wrote, "He taught me that God is greater than dogma, and that storytelling should always conceal truth beneath drama. His genius created cinematic history. His humanity inspired people. I pray for his speedy recovery and strength. His significance to me is beyond words."
The family arrived one by one
The news of Salim Khan's hospitalization was first reported by paparazzi journalist Viral Bhayani. Salman was later spotted at the hospital, his face clearly showing sadness. Salma Khan, Helen, Alvira Agnihotri, Ayan Agnihotri, Arhaan Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Shoura Khan visited Salim at the hospital. Sanjay Dutt and Javed Akhtar were also seen visiting him late at night.
How is Salim Khan's health now?
Salim Khan's condition is reported to be stable, but he remains in the ICU and under close medical supervision. In a report, journalist Vicky Lalwani stated that Salim Khan suffered a clot in his head, which caused him to experience dizziness. A report by Bollywood Hungama also stated that Salim Khan was experiencing difficulty breathing, after which he was admitted to the hospital.
