New Delhi: Apart from acting, 'Mr. Perfectionist' Aamir Khan has produced many excellent films like Lagaan, Tare Zameen Par and Peepli Live. This year, Aamir Khan produced film Laapataa Ladies was released which is directed by his ex-wife Kiran Rao. 

Missing Ladies will be screened in Supreme Court

Missing Ladies released in theaters on 1 March 2024. The film received a lot of love from the audience and critics, but it did not earn much at the box office. However, when the film came on the OTT platform, it became one of the most watched films. After five months, the film is going to be screened in the Supreme Court.

Aamir and Kiran will also be present

The screening of the gender-based film Missing Ladies will be held in the Supreme Court on Friday, which will be attended by judges, their families and officials of the registry. According to a communication circulated by the administrative section of the apex court, actor-producer Aamir Khan and director Kiran Rao will also be present at the screening.

The communication said, "As part of the activities organized during the 75th year of the establishment of the Supreme Court of India, the film Missing Ladies based on the theme of gender equality will be screened on Friday 9th August 2024 at the Auditorium, C-Block, Administrative Building Complex. Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Judges of the High Court will attend the screening of the film along with their partners. The film will be screened from 4.15 pm to 6.20 pm.
