News Topical,Digital Desk : In 1998, Salman Khan was under ‘Hunting' charges for hunting blackbucks during his shooting schedule in Rajasthan. Now, they are making a film on 'TheHunting', Kala Hiran.
The 'Kaala Buck' teaser itself released has kept the movie in the news. Salman Khan had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court for a restraining order of the movie, which was heard on 19 th June, but the actor was unsuccessful.
Salman's petition heard
Today was to be the judgment on the petition for stay on release of 'Kaala Buck'. As ANI reports, Salman Khan and makers present their case before Justice Madhu Jain's vacation bench but it was not decided upon. Makers need few days to file reply.
Salman's lawyer presented his side
During this time, senior advocate Sandeep Sethi appeared on behalf of Salman Khan in the court. "They are making a film on my life and ripping apart the notice. They can’t make a film on my life.
I am asking for a temporary stay.
The teaser has already gone out," stated advocates Sethi.
Makers received death threats
At the hearing, the filmmakers' lawyer further also mentioned that they had been allegedly received death threats and thus, lodged an FIR regarding the issue. The court presently has asked the legal team of Salman Khan to submit all the documents linked with the case before the roster bench on 1st July.
