Strong Financial Growth and Profit Surge

According to the official regulatory exchange filing released by the company, Ramco Industries recorded a stellar 31.8% year-on-year surge in net profit, touching ₹87 crore compared to ₹66 crore reported during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Top-line performance remained equally impressive, with total revenue from operations climbing 15.5% to reach ₹613.8 crore, up from ₹531.5 crore a year ago. This robust double-digit growth highlights strong underlying demand and commercial strength across the company's core business segments.

Exceptional Improvement in Operating Efficiency and EBITDA

Beyond net earnings and revenue expansion, Ramco Industries demonstrated stellar operational performance. The company's Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) skyrocketed by 53.7% to ₹105 crore, compared to ₹68.4 crore in the corresponding period last year. Crucially, the EBITDA margin expanded significantly from 12.87% to 17.12%, underscoring enhanced cost control, optimized resource utilization, and superior operational efficiency achieved during the June quarter.

Market Reaction and Stock Performance on BSE

The upbeat earnings report triggered aggressive buying momentum on Dalal Street. Ramco Industries shares rallied 7.29%, trading strong at ₹363.35 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). During the trading session, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹368.35 and a low of ₹336.45, building on its previous close of ₹338.65. With a 52-week high of ₹398.05 and a low of ₹230.70, the company's current market capitalization stands at approximately ₹3,165 crore, reflecting solid investor confidence in its future growth trajectory.
