The company said that the board will consider the bonus share and will give information after considering its ratio and its record date on the approval of giving free shares. The company clarified that the decisions on the proposal depend on the availability of reserves, rules and approval of shareholders. And which stocks will be affected by the news of bonus? Just yesterday two companies have released news related to bonus. Nestle India has informed that its board meeting will be held on June 26 in which the bonus proposal will be discussed. While giving information about the bonus, Investment and Precision Casting said that in principle approval has been received from BSE to issue and allot bonus shares. The company is going to issue one bonus share on one share. The company has informed that 27 June 2025 has been fixed as the record date for the bonus. At the same time, the ex-date of bonus of V-Mart Retail is Monday 23 June 2025.
