New Delhi: In the famous reality show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 16', this time 'Manjulika' and 'Ruh Baba' were seen sitting on the hot seat in front of host Amitabh Bachchan. Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan had a lot of fun sitting in front of Big B. 

Amitabh Bachchan often keeps asking the contestants something or the other about themselves. He also keeps telling about many things related to himself. This time he revealed his favourite actress in front of Kartik Aryan and Vidya Balan. Kartik and Vidya kept listening to whatever Amitabh Bachchan was telling them about her while just staring at him.

This actress has been Amitabh Bachchan's favorite 

Host Amitabh Bachchan said that Waheeda Rehman has been his favorite actress. Big B told that during the shooting of the film Pyaasa, one shot brought out her talent. He recalled her close-up shot and told how Waheeda Rehman influenced him.

Waheeda Rehman had to have a close-up shot in 'Pyaasa', which was okayed after 2-3 takes. These days it is done easily, but back then it used to take more time. While talking to Vidya and Karthik, Amitabh Bachchan also talked about the 1962 film 'Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster'. He told that he was very impressed by Meena Kumari's work in this movie. There is a song in the film - Na Jao Saiyan. Amitabh told that he liked Meena Kumari's work in the song a lot.

Vidya Balan wants to be his heroine

During the conversation, Vidya Balan revealed that she always wanted to dance with Amitabh Bachchan on the song 'Aaj Rapt Jaaye'. But she could never become his heroine. Instead, she got the chance to play his mother in the film Paa. Hearing this, Karthik starts laughing loudly.
