Then Lord Shri Ram told Vaishno Devi that he has taken a wife vow in this incarnation and he is married to Sita ji. Keeping his promise, Lord Shri Ram, while returning from Lanka, disguised himself as a sadhu and went to meet Goddess Trikuta, but due to Lord Ram's illusion, Trikuta could not recognize him. On this, Lord Shri Ram told Goddess Trikuta that you will sit in a divine cave on Trikuta mountain in the form of the three great powers, Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati Pindi. Here you will be known as Vaishno Devi. He also promised that in Kaliyug, he will come in the form of Kalki avatar and then he will marry Vaishno Devi.
