After the pandemic it becomes essential to focus on "social fitness" as an approach for building relationships together with mental health to achieve complete well-being. Strong personal ties between people contribute to reducing depression and anxiety and chronic illnesses while promoting life span enhancement. Social isolation and being alone create substantial health threats which lead to brain deterioration as well as shortened lifespan. Two basic social activities that improve social fitness include eating lunch with friends in person or participating in club membership. Making in-person relationships a priority above virtual relationships improves both social wellness and life quality into a happier healthier state.
