
Good news has come for Gautam Adani-led Adani Group. After the Dharavi redevelopment project, the company has placed the highest bid for Mumbai's Motilal Nagar redevelopment project. This project is worth Rs 36,000 crore. It will be implemented on 143 acres of land spread in Mumbai's western suburb Goregaon (West).
According to sources, Adani Properties Private Limited (APPL) made the highest bid by offering more built-up area than L&T. The Letter of Allotment (LoA) for the project will be issued soon.
Second largest project
This will be the second largest redevelopment project of Adani Group in Mumbai. Earlier, Adani Group has taken up the work of redevelopment of Asia's largest slum Dharavi. Highlights of Motilal Nagar Redevelopment
