
FIIs Data: Foreign investors (FPIs) have continued to withdraw money from the Indian stock market. In the first week of March, they withdrew -15,501.57 crore rupees. The decline has been seen amid global business tensions and weak corporate earnings.
Earlier, foreign investors had withdrawn Rs 34,574 crore in February and Rs 78,027 crore in January. So far this year in 2025, the total foreign investor withdrawal has reached Rs 1.37 lakh crore, as per the data from the depository. March data

What happened on Friday?
In the trading session of March 7, FIIs bought shares worth Rs 8,635 crore and sold shares worth Rs 10,670 crore. On the other hand, DIIs bought shares worth Rs 10,452 crore and sold shares worth Rs 8,132 crore.
So far this year, FIIs have been net sellers of shares worth Rs 1.61 lakh crore, while DIIs have made net purchases of shares worth Rs 1.72 lakh crore.
