Ingredients to make cardamom syrup

  • Cardamom powder – 2 tsp
  • Black salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon slices – 2
  • Sugar – as per taste
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Cold water – 2 glasses
  • Ice cubes – as needed

 

How to make Cardamom Syrup

  • To make cardamom syrup, you first have to grind it and make a powder.
  • After this, take a vessel and add 4 cups of cold water in it.
  • Now add sugar as per taste and mix it well.
  • Then add black salt, lemon juice and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Now add ice cubes to it and keep it in the fridge for some time to cool.
  • Your cardamom sherbet is ready, place lemon slices on the rim of the glass and serve it chilled.
