Apart from Ashok Leyland, Info Edge has also announced its quarterly results. The company said that its consolidated profit has decreased from Rs 205 crore to Rs 23 crore. The consolidated income has increased from Rs 625 crore to Rs 700 crore.

Info Edge said in an exchange filing that a dividend has been announced for investors. According to the exchange filing, "The board has announced a dividend of Rs 12 per share for the financial year 2024-25. The company has given this dividend on a face value of Rs 10 per share.

The record date for determining the names of shareholders to receive the dividend is Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The company says that this dividend will reach the accounts on December 4, 2024.
