Branding opposition factions as "gangs of bandits" who historically fostered looting and institutionalized anarchy, Yogi emphasized that Uttar Pradesh has successfully transitioned into a mafia-free state where festivals and daily life proceed without violence or discrimination. Anyone attempting to challenge the rule of law will face immediate and uncompromising judicial consequences, he warned.

Shifting focus to youth welfare and state development, the Chief Minister made a major announcement regarding upcoming employment opportunities:

• Over 1 Lakh Jobs: The state government will soon roll out massive recruitment drives offering over one lakh government positions.

• Key Openings: The pipeline includes recruitment for 45,000 Home Guards, 36,000 police personnel (including 4,000 Sub-Inspectors), alongside upcoming teacher recruitments.
