To ensure smooth public access, the district administration has confirmed that entry to the air show is completely free, open to all citizens without any prior registration or ticketing requirements. The aerobatic displays are scheduled to take place on both September 19 and 20 between 9:45 AM and 11:30 AM. Adding vibrant patriotic visual majesty, the jets will emit saffron, white, and green smoke plumes utilizing indigenous specialized smoke pods developed by the IAF Base Repair Depot in Nashik.
