In one of the most prominent postings of this organizational shake-up, senior leader Vinod Tawde has been assigned charge of Uttar Pradesh, India’s politically most significant state. To assist him in managing party coordination across UP's expansive regional divisions, the central leadership has deployed a multi-member team of co-in-charges: Jagdish Patel, Medha Kulkarni, Dr. Pradeep Verma, and Anant Ojha. This deployment reflects the party's intent to consolidate organizational machinery, streamline booth-level coordination, and reinforce ground communication throughout the state.

Strategic Leadership Shifts in Bihar and Other Critical Battlegrounds

Next door in Bihar, former parliamentarian Harish Dwivedi has taken up responsibilities alongside state in-charge Manoj Tigga, flanked by co-in-charge Sangeeta Yadav and Rohan Gupta. The central leadership has placed heavy emphasis on battleground regions across north and central India. In Haryana, former Union Minister Smriti Irani assumes charge alongside Dr. Bhola Singh, while also serving as co-in-charge for Chhattisgarh under veteran leader Mahendra Pandey.
