Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in the Ambedkar Nagar district on Friday for a high-profile visit aimed at supercharging regional infrastructure and economic growth. Centering his tour around the sacred spiritual and religious tourist hub of Govind Saheb within the Ramnagar development block of the Alappur tehsil, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 194 vital development projects valued at a massive ₹706.81 crore. Spanning across the Tanda, Alappur, and Jalalpur assembly constituencies, this strategic push promises to revolutionize local roads, clean drinking water access, electrical infrastructure, tourism, and public works.

Alappur Constituency: A total of ₹312.18 crore has been channeled into 75 major projects, featuring crucial infrastructure updates such as the Ojhanagar Badi Pandauli pitch-to-Kathwat Kol link road, NH-233 to Kanakpur-Rustampur link road, Manjharia link road, Chakmasena Harijan Basti link road, Badhaipur Khas link road, Rannupur Bagiya Khas route, Samaisa Sonhu route, and rural connectivity links like Jaiti, Gangasagar, Naseerpur Chhitauna, Kinnupur, and Jolhapur Harijan Basti roads.

Tanda Constituency: An investment of ₹217.69 crore has been dedicated to 69 projects, including essential rural and link road constructions such as the Semra Nasirpur Dihwa link road, Lakhanpur Pandaulia link road, Wahid Patti Khas link road, Naurahani Rampur Bihari Purva link road, and Bibipur Usra Bharauti route. Major reconstruction projects also include the Bandipur to Jaitpur South Purva road, Nevada Amola to Udaya link road, Ajanpara to Chakia road, Jamlapur Chamraut route, and the Malipur Dhamrua Nempur Ghat road.

Jalalpur Constituency: A total of ₹176.93 crore has been allocated toward 50 targeted developmental works to boost urban-rural connectivity and public amenities.

Of the 194 total projects unveiled during the visit, 36 foundation stone laying ceremonies accounted for ₹145.98 crore, while 158 completed projects worth ₹560.83 crore were officially dedicated to the public.
