CM Yogi Hears Grievances of 200 Complainants at Gorakhnath Temple Janta Darshan
Upholding his unwavering commitment to direct public outreach and swift administrative accountability, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath commenced his Monday morning by hosting a massive public grievance redressal session. During the traditional Janta Darshan held outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhavan within the historic Gorakhnath Temple complex, the Chief Minister personally interacted with approximately 200 complainants, listening intently to their grievances and issuing stern, immediate directives to senior officials for prompt resolutions.
Strict Directive: Ensure Transparent and Satisfactory Solutions
Moving systematically among the citizens seated in rows, CM Yogi warmly greeted each complainant, inquiring about their origins and specific hardships. After reviewing their petitions, he handed them directly to the concerned departmental heads, cautioning officials against treating public grievances as mere paperwork or routine file-passing.
Emphasizing a people-first governance model, the Chief Minister asserted, "Delay in resolving problems is not tolerated." He instructed bureaucrats to investigate the ground reality of every complaint thoroughly, ensuring that victims receive tangible relief and absolute satisfaction. He warned that ordinary citizens must not be made to run unnecessarily from pillar to post across government offices to secure justice.
Zero Tolerance on Land Encroachment
Addressing multiple complaints regarding illegal land grabbing and property disputes, CM Yogi adopted a zero-tolerance stance. He directed local law enforcement and administrative officers to take immediate, decisive action against land mafia and encroachers. Warning that unlawful occupation of public or private land will meet with severe legal repercussions, the Chief Minister reiterated the state government's resolve to protect the rights of common citizens.
Assuring Full Financial Support for Medical Treatments
Several individuals battling severe, life-threatening illnesses also attended the Janta Darshan seeking urgent financial aid for medical interventions. Displaying deep compassion, CM Yogi personally reassured the patients and their families that financial constraints would never be allowed to obstruct medical care.
Directing officials to fast-track hospital cost estimates and treatment documentation, the Chief Minister promised adequate financial grants directly from the Chief Minister's Discretionary Fund. Following the public hearing, CM Yogi began his day with traditional spiritual rituals, offering prayers to Guru Gorakhnath inside the temple sanctum, paying reverent homage at the resting place of his preceptor, late Mahant Avaidyanath, and visiting the temple cowshed to affectionately feed jaggery to the cattle.
