Meanwhile, the monsoon has picked up strong momentum in Bihar, ending a dry spell with intense rainfall activity forecasted for North Bihar districts including Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, and Purnia, accompanied by official lightning alerts urging citizens to stay indoors and avoid sheltering under trees.
