Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit

Applicants must fulfill specific educational and age prerequisites to be considered for the apprenticeship program:

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed the 10th-grade examination from a recognized board alongside a regular, full-time ITI certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT or SCVT. For the Welder trade, a valid NCVT trade certificate is required. Candidates who have previously completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are ineligible.

  • Age Bracket: Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years old as of August 1, 2026. Upper age limit relaxations apply to reserved category candidates in accordance with government regulations.

Selection Process Without Written Exams
