Against the upper price band cap of ₹134 per share, the company's equity opened at ₹235 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), delivering instant windfall gains of ₹101 per share. The blockbuster stock market debut reflects intense bidding momentum seen during its initial public offering, which officially closed on September 25 with an overall subscription rate of 176.85 times, comfortably beating recent mid-market manufacturing public offerings.
Historic Institutional and HNI Rush: Over 139 Crore Bids Against 78 Lakh Offer Shares
The public issue saw bidding interest that overwhelmed available float across all categories. Against a net offer size of 78.73 lakh equity shares, institutional and retail participants submitted cumulative bids for an eye-popping 139.23 crore shares. Non-institutional high-net-worth investors (NIIs) led the frenzy, subscribing their allocated quota by an astonishing 332.35 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) backed the issue aggressively with 195.04 times subscription, while the retail individual investor segment registered 99.81 times demand. Prior to the public bidding, the company had already secured ₹45.21 crore from marquee anchor investors through the allotment of 33.74 lakh shares at the peak issue price of ₹134.

Priced in the band of ₹126 to ₹134 per share with a lot size of 111 units, the IPO structure comprised a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh equity shares alongside an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 13.50 lakh shares by promoter entity Mukesh Sangla HUF.
