Q3 Results: Real estate company Brigade Enterprises Limited has released the results for the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2024, in which excellent performance has been seen.

The company's profit increased from ₹ 73.5 crores last year to ₹ 236.2 crores, i.e. an increase of 221%. Talking about the company's earnings, it has increased from ₹ 1,173.8 crores to ₹ 1,463.9 crores. Talking about the company's EBITDA, it has also improved. The company's EBITDA has increased from 262 crores to 413.7 crores.

The EBITDA margin has also increased from 22.3% to 28.3%. These figures reflect the strong financial position of the company. These excellent results of Brigade Enterprises reflect strong project delivery, growing demand and positive trends in the real estate sector. The company has achieved a pre-sales volume of 2.19 million square feet, with more than 280 buildings with a total area of ​​​​more than 90 million square feet. It currently has 24 million sq ft of ongoing projects and 15 million sq ft of upcoming launches. This includes 11.87 million sq ft of real estate in Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysore and Hyderabad. Segment Performance During the quarter, net bookings in the real estate segment stood at 2.19 million sq ft for Q3FY25 with a sales value of ₹2,492 crore. Earnings from real estate stood at ₹1,103 crore, up 31 per cent over Q3 FY24, while leasing earnings grew 13 per cent to ₹280 crore. Brigade shares closed 7.77 per cent higher at ₹1,094.10 on the BSE.
