Delhi Crime News: The police team of Delhi Cantt police station of South West District has arrested an absconding criminal who had violated the orders and returned to the area and was living there. He has been identified as Ramu Gupta alias Ramu. He is a resident of Kirby Place area of ​​Delhi Cantt.

According to DCP Surendra Chaudhary, the police team is constantly on alert mode to catch the criminals and prevent crime in the area and keeps activating the sources to find out about the suspects and criminals present in the area. In this sequence, Delhi Cantt Police had received information about the presence of an absconding criminal in Kirby Place area.

The absconding criminal was nabbed after conducting a raid

Under the supervision of ACP Delhi Cantt and under the leadership of SHO, a team of SI Akashdeep, Head Constable Jitendra, Vivek and Constable Ganesh was formed to catch him. Based on the information received from sources, the police team raided Kirby Place in Delhi Cantt area and caught the accused.

There are 9 criminal cases pending against the miscreant in various police stations of Delhi. He was banished from Delhi on 2 August 2024. But he returned to Delhi violating the orders. The police arrested the accused and took further action and presented him in the court from where he has been sent to judicial custody.
